Before you apply for access to the NSDD 38 web application, please read and follow the instructions below. Failure to do so will result in delayed access.

New User Registration

  1. Submit an access request for the NSDD 38 application: Click “New User Registration,” fill in the requested information, and submit.
  2. Once you submit your access request, you will receive an automated email asking you to confirm your email address. Please note that this message may be routed to your Spam/Junk folder. If you do not confirm your email address, the system will automatically delete your access request and user profile.
  3. M/PRI will review your request to check for appropriate and sufficient justification for system access. If access is approved, you will receive another automated email message with a temporary password and log-in information.
Please note that you only need to change your password once (if you try using the “Back” button to log-in again after you have changed your password, you will receive a message to change your password again). After you changed the password the first time, close out of NSDD 38 system AND the browser window. Then open a new browser window and log into the NSDD 38 application with your new password.
